4.5 cl of Carlos I
1.5 cl lemon juice
1 egg white
1 cl simple syrup
Combine the ice, Carlos I, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until the shaker fogs up or feels very cold. Use egg white to increase the emulsion and enhance the foamy effect.
Prepare in a cocktail glass. Can be garnished with stiff egg white and a few drops of Angostura.
