Carlos I On The Rocks


5 cl. of Carlos I

2 ice cubes

1 strip of orange peel

A few drops of Angostura bitter.


The aromas of the Angostura bitters enhance the woody notes of Carlos I and the orange peel awakens the smooth and complex notes of Carlos I. 


Place two cubes of ice in a rocks glass to chill it. Discard excess water from the ice. Pour 5 cl. of Carlos I, add a few dashes of Angostura Bitters and cut a thin orange peel to gently extract the essential oils that will enhance the aromas.
