Carlos Fizz

Ingredients

50 ml Carlos I Original

30 ml orange juice

15 ml lemon juice

100 ml sparkling water

20 ml sugar syrup (or diluted sugar/honey)

Elaboration

• Add ice cubes to the wine glass.
• Pour Carlos I directly over the ice.
• Add the orange juice and lemon juice.
• Add the sugar syrup.
• Top up with sparkling water.
• Stir gently to combine the ingredients without losing the carbonation.

Presentation

Orange wedge and olive skewer.
