5 cl. of Carlos I
4 fresh raspberries
3 cl. fresh orange juice
1.5 cl. cherry liqueur
Using a mortar and pestle, crush the 4 raspberries into a purée. Then add the rest of the ingredients and ice to the shaker. Shake intensely and double strain before serving.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a raspberry and some fresh rosemary.
