30 ml Brandy Carlos I
120 ml Blue butterfly pea flower tea
30 ml Lemon juice
25 ml Lemongrass syrup
Make the tea and leave to cool. Once cool, fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the ingredients except the lemon juice, which should be left until serving, to create an element of surprise with the change of colour that occurs. This cocktail shows Carlos I in a more unusual way, a lemon-based drink that adds an infusion of sweet and oaky touches, with slight hints of red fruit, to a citrus base.
