Lady Flamenco


INGREDIENTS

50 ml Carlos I, 4 fresh raspberries, 30 ml fresh orange juice, 15 ml cherry liqueur

METHOD

In the cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries to obtain a purée before adding the remaining ingredients together with some ice. Shake, double strain, and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with a raspberry and some rosemary leaves.
