Brandy Julep


INGREDIENTS

60 ml Carlos I, 15 ml liquid sugar, a dash of angostura bitters, 7 mint leaves

METHOD

Muddle the mint leaves in the glass, add the angostura bitters and crushed ice. Finally, add Carlos I.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a julep cup and garnish with a sprig of mint and a twist of orange peel.
